Who YOU Are We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive atmosphere. What You'll Do In the role of Custodial Cleaner, your duties will include: Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards. Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Conduct carpet cleaning and laundering of linens as needed. Ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards, paying attention to detail in every task. Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment and have knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components. Assist in organizing cleaning schedules and managing time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repair or maintenance needs to management. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked. Support industrial cleaning efforts by following safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. This is a contingent position based upon contract award and will be located OCONUS REQUIREMENTS: Must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance.
