We are hiring an experienced Roll-Off Driver who is ready to step in and get to work.
This is not an entry-level or training position. We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded driver with proven roll-off or waste-hauling experience who already understands the day-to-day demands of the job.
The ideal candidate will be confident delivering, swapping, and removing containers at residential, commercial, and construction sites. You should understand proper container placement, load securement, site awareness, equipment inspections, and professional customer interaction.
We value experienced drivers who take pride in their work, care for their equipment, communicate well, and can complete their route safely and efficiently without constant supervision.
Competitive pay is available based on experience, skill level, and qualifications. We are willing to pay for proven roll-off experience.
Qualifications
- Proven roll-off driving experience strongly preferred
- Waste-hauling, construction, or related heavy-truck experience considered
- Valid CDL with air brakes
- Clean and dependable driving record
- Strong understanding of safe vehicle operation and load securement
- Experience navigating residential, commercial, and construction sites
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to recognize equipment concerns
- Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the position
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Professional attitude when communicating with customers, dispatch, and coworkers
Responsibilities
- Safely operate roll-off trucks and related heavy-duty equipment
- Deliver, remove, and swap roll-off containers efficiently
- Properly position containers while protecting driveways, property, and surrounding areas
- Secure containers and loads before transport
- Navigate tight residential, commercial, and construction job sites safely
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Monitor tires, fluids, lights, brakes, and other equipment components
- Report maintenance or safety concerns before they become larger problems
- Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding deliveries, removals, delays, and jobsite conditions
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and ready for work
