Responsibilities
- Contact courts to request information as requested by the team
- Coordinate with courts staff to retrieve physical case/ court documents.
- Update the 1800Hiring system with the retrieved information
- Liaise with courts staff as required to obtain further any clarifications requested by the team.
- Any other duties as assigned by the operations team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years’ work experience (in an office environment), preferably having experience in similar roles
- Have good attention to detail, and be highly organized.
- Able to work within set deadlines to obtain information.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in using gmail
- Have reliable transportation to access designated court locations
- Have reliable smart phone with good camera
- Live close to Lancaster area in LA county
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
