Location: Honolulu, HI
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20–$25 /hr average ($16/hr base Profit Share Tips)
Operations Lead Pay: $25–$28/hr average

You'll spend your days meeting customers, providing estimates, closing sales, removing items, and working with an energetic team. As you develop your sales, customer service, and leadership skills, you'll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance.
What You'll Do
- Create great customer experiences and deliver "WOW" service
- Provide estimates and close on-site sales
- Safely remove, lift, carry, and load items up to 75 lbs
- Drive and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Work as part of a fast-paced team
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Your Growth Path
Truck Team Member → Sales Lead → Operations Lead → Senior Leadership → General Manager

What We're Looking For:

- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly

- Valid driver's license and 21
Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but attitude and potential matter most.

Schedule: 4–5 shifts/week, including 1 weekend day. Shifts are typically 8–10 hours.
A valid DOT Medical Certification is required for commercial vehicle driving. We arrange and cover the cost.
