Junk and Route Sales Associate
Location: Sparks, NV

Pay & Earning Potential:
- Earn up to $22 per hour (inclusive of $12/ hr base pay profit share tips)
- We offer Full Time (4 shifts/week)
- Uncapped performance incentives — the more you fill the truck, the more you earn
- Various shifts are available as we operate 7 days a week - everyone works 1 weekend day each week

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Teamwork: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
- Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs all through the day).
- Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.
You’ll build skills in sales, negotiation, leadership, and operations — all transferable to long-term career growth.
