We’re part of the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, with 175 independent and locally ownedlocations across the US, Canada, and Australia, and we’re known for revolutionizing the industry through the consistent delivery of our world-class customer experience.GENERAL MANAGERLocation: Little RockCompensation: The General Manager at a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise is the single point of accountability for the business including sales growth, hitting KPIs, training and development, and maintaining a smooth operation. This position requires a leader who has the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and has proven strong organizational and people skills in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a person who responds positively to challenges and has experience working with competing priorities.Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):Supervising a team of 5 Truck Team Members and motivating them to achieve their goals with the assistance of the Director of Operations and Local Business Owner.Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring post-job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that ariseMaintaining all information related to sales, estimates, job/truck, and other operational details are entered in supporting information systems, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-datePerforming office responsibilities and administrative tasks.Completion of staffing tasks including recruiting, hiring, and training.You will be involved with the development, onboarding, training, and career growth programs for new and existing employees.Achievement of all operational related goals and KPIsDays will start at 7 am. This position may be required to work some Saturdays and/or evenings as well as be accessible by phone after hours and on weekends.
