Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist based in Baton Rouge, LA. The role involves engaging prospective clients to generating leads and drive IT sales to ensure satisfaction and retention across the 225 area code. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored technology solutions for customers while maintaining strong communication to address client needs effectively. This role requires a combination of technical understanding and excellent sales and people skills.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in Sales and a foundational understanding of Information Technology concepts
- Experience in Lead Generation to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong Communication, networking and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and internal stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in IT sales or related roles is highly advantageous, but not required
- Drivers license and reliable transportation
