We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to both residential and commercial painting projects. Duties
- Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or applying plaster as needed.
- Assist in trim carpentry tasks, including installing and finishing trim work.
- Participate in renovation projects by building structures or modifying existing ones.
- Collaborate with other laborers and tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Operate various tools and equipment safely, including welding tools when necessary.
Skills
- Proficient in construction painting techniques with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in trim carpentry and the ability to perform basic carpentry tasks.
- Knowledge of renovation processes and the ability to build structures as required.
- Familiarity with plastering techniques for surface preparation.
- Basic welding skills are a plus but not mandatory.
