Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 base salary plus bonus

Summary:
The Application Engineer team is responsible for ensuring customer inquiries are given accurate and timely responses. Inquiries can be made by internal and/or external customers and can come in via email or phone calls. Inquiries may consist of product selection, application support, problem resolution, and other product-based issues. The bilingual Application Engineer is responsible for all technical inquiries from our subsidiary in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
· Monitors inquiries to Engineering department email inbox and responds in a professional and timely manner.
· Fields phone calls routed through Engineering queue to resolve customer issues.
· Quotes custom engineered products based on our core devices.
· Travels to customer sites to inspect applications and address installation issues.
· Assists in certification and new product development projects as needed.
· Addresses all technical inquiries from our subsidiary in Mexico.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
· 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing setting.
· Fluency and good communication skills in both English and Spanish languages.
· Strong technical capabilities and experience with Electro-mechanical products.
· Familiarity with National Electric Code and UL test standards.
