Job Summary:
Immediate opening for a dedicated Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers in ensuring high quality patient care within a family practice setting. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred, but not required. The clinic is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch break.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vital sign measurements and record patient information accurately
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures as directed by healthcare providers
- Maintain medical records and ensure proper documentation
- Administer medications under the direction of healthcare providers
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information on treatment procedures
- Prepare examination rooms with necessary medical supplies
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Experience and/or interest in medicine /clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient care
- Familiarity with medication administration
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
Pay: $28,080.00 - $33,280.00 per year
