Nursing Sr. Supervisor of Home Infusions - Accredo - Rochester, NY

Sr. Supervisor, Infusion Nursing Accredo Specialty Pharmacy Hybrid Role – Work from Home & In-Office What You’ll Do: Lead and support a team of infusion nurses delivering specialized therapies in home and alternate care settings. Ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence by: Overseeing daily nursing operations and supervising RN staff. Conducting skills assessments and supervisory visits. Managing patient intake, education, and scheduling. Monitoring documentation and compliance with treatment plans. Identifying and recommending process improvements. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 81,300 - 135,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
