18 Wheels USA is hiring solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Haslet, Texas.
Drivers run a mix of local and overnight store deliveries. Most routes get drivers home daily or every other day, depending on the schedule.
- Pay: $1,400 weekly average, milage based
- Route: Dedicated lanes running TX, OK, NM, KS, MO, LA, AR, TN and MS
- Freight: Preloaded, drivers use pallet jack to move freight from the back of the trailer to the tail
- Schedule: Home daily or every other
- Equipment: Tandem-axle sleeper trucks with 53 foot trailers
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid class A CDL
- Must have 3 months of experience driving T/T in the past 12 months or as much time on the road for any period than off the road in the last 10 years
- Able to use a hand pallet jack and verify freight at each stop
- Ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards
