What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Hand position at 18 Karat?
18 Karat is looking to hire Yard Hands in Eighty Four.
Must be able to work 7 am until job is done. Generally working 10 hour days.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for operating forklift
Cleaning yard, shop & equipment
Help to maintaining equipment, & assist the main mechanic
Pressure Wash equipment when needed
Pick up & deliver trucks and materials
Follow Directions
Requirements:
Must be trustworthy
High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift experience required
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
Must be able to work in the heat
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must pass a drug and alcohol test
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and attitude, and willingness to learn
Strong leadership qualities
Clean Criminal Background
Reliable Transportation a must
Valid Driver's License

Compensation: $13.80
Benefits after 90 day probation period

Pay: $15.00 - $18.33 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
