Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Managing Partner to join our team on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. The Managing Partner will oversee daily operations, lead strategic planning, manage high-level client relationships, and drive business growth for the firm. Responsibilities include supervising legal teams, managing budgets, fostering partnerships, ensuring compliance, and upholding the firm’s core principles of integrity and justice. This executive role combines legal expertise with strong organizational leadership and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee legal professionals and administrative staff
- Proven expertise in complex commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and business or finance law
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- An active law license and the ability to practice law in Arizona or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience with financial restructuring, intellectual property, or succession planning is a plus
- Strategic mindset with a focus on building business growth and fostering partnerships
