1776 Senior Care is offering guaranteed hours for experienced caregivers who can travel up to 30 miles across our service area and commit to a consistent weekly schedule. In exchange for your flexibility, you'll know exactly what you're earning every week — up to 30 hours guaranteed, whether or not your full schedule is booked.

What this role requires: 5 years of paid experience caring for seniors. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across our full DuPage, Kane, and Cook County service area for client visits. Availability at least 4 days per week, including one consistent weekend day.
Who does well here: You have real hands-on caregiving experience and a reason you do this work. You communicate clearly with clients, families, and our office team. You're dependable, flexible about travel and scheduling, and you show up the way you'd want someone to show up for the people you love most.
What you'll do: Provide personal care, companionship, meal prep, and support with daily routines for seniors in their homes. Work closely with our care team to follow each client's care plan.
