Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and food handling protocols.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems to ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol serving regulations.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy periods
• Uphold all food safety standards and responsible serving practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient sales processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Previous experience with catering or banquet service is a plus.
