Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Job Summary Perform program implementation and coordination duties related to the Healthy People Healthy Carolinas (HPHC) grant. Facilitates communication with the Wholespire Richland coalition and team members, related to strategies to improve the health of Richland County communities. Works closely with Community Health Manager and the Whole spire Laurens coalition leadership to implement the HPHC grant objectives and goals Develops systems to share organizational decisions with the Whole spire Laurens coalition Identifies capacity gaps and creates plans that acknowledge and plan for growth Maintains understanding of implementation challenges and collaborates with technical assistance teams develop comprehensive solutions to address them Provides support to Whole spire Laurens and works group chairs to facilitate meetings and presentations Provides regular reports and data metrics for grant goals and indicators, including annual summaries and agenda reviews Builds and maintains relationships with coalition and community members Manages daily operations and establishes/maintains appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management Identifies improvements in use of data-driven decision-making and ensures that data is collected, integrated and communicated effectively Integrates results-based accountability (RBA) in coalition operations and strategy Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Experience This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. Minimum Requirements Education - Bachelor's degree is public health, social work, communications or health-related field of study. Master's degree in health or communications preferred. Experience - Two (2) years of community or public health or communications/marketing experience. Four (4) years of community health strategy planning and experience preferred.
