What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at 16x9, Inc.?
A cinematography equipment distribution company located in Valencia, CA is currently accepting resumes for an entry level Sales Consultant.
This is an on site position with a considerable amount of travel, and a lot of potential for growth.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel to different locations in the US for client visits as needed.
- Strong customer relations know-how with excellent communication skills
- Ability to oversee detailed order requests for multiple clients from quote to final delivery
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new products in an ever evolving marketplace
- Availability to work some weekends
- Current industry-specific knowledge of professional digital cinematography equipment & accessories a plus
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Ability to be a self-motivated employee
- Manage current customer base, visit local customers, conduct equipment demos, assist with customer equipment & other needs
- Must be PC proficient (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Regular reporting to senior managers is imperative and a very important part of the position
- Ability to create monthly sales reports, forecasts and goals.
- Ability to coordinate with marketing team to guide advertising strategies
$45,000 - $50,000 commissions bonuses great benefit package after 60 days.
Base salary and commissions will grow as sales grow.
