Job Overview
Our Family Service Division is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team located in New Iberia, LA. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting assessments, developing service plans, monitoring and supporting at-risk youth and their families, and working with multiple systems.
Required Skills
- Interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills
- Interviewing, assessment and case planning skills
- Organizational and record management skills
- Ability to adapt and work in multiple systems, including juvenile court
- Knowledge and skills in working with a High-Risk population
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Database Systems, Email, etc.
Minimum Educational Requirements and Experience
- Master's degree in a human development related field (Education, Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
- 5 years of experience working with children and families
- Experience in working with youth in crisis
- Experience in working with courts (preferred)
Pay: $35,000.00 per year
