What You’ll Do:
- Manage grant reimbursements and financial processes across family and circuit court departments
- Compile and analyze financial data for annual and special reports.
- Facilitate billing, reimbursements, and reporting in the financial system.
- Monitor approved funding versus expenditures and reconcile monthly grant/contract budgets.
- Respond to departmental requests for grant and contract requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external financial controls.
- Support staff in understanding and meeting grant requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong understanding in financial software
- Knowledge of state and federal fiscal and appropriation processes
- Familiarity with county, state, and federal government operations
- Ability to interpret financial data and prepare accurate reports
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to build effective working relationships with the judiciary and court staff
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Three years of experience in grant management or financial administration.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
