General Manager
Starting salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually
Monthly performance bonus opportunity: $1,500–$2,000
Annual bonus opportunity: Up to $10,000, based on year-over-year sales growth

Manager in Training (MIT) Program
Our MIT Program is designed to develop confident, capable leaders who understand every aspect of running a successful Jersey Mike's location.
Schedule: Approximately 45 hours per week, including a combination of opening, midday, and closing shifts.
Program Timeline: Approximately 4–6 months to graduate, depending on experience, performance, and leadership readiness.
Leadership Support: Direct mentorship and oversight from a District Manager and designated Training Store Manager.
What You'll LearnRestaurant Operations: Lead shifts, oversee daily operations, and maintain Jersey Mike's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees while building a positive, accountable store culture.
Financial Management: Learn scheduling, labor management, inventory control, ordering, food costs, and P&L analysis.
Business Development: Drive sales through grassroots marketing, catering relationships, and community involvement.
Performance Management: Understand the key metrics that drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Independent Leadership: Complete a final trial week operating a location independently, followed by a P&L presentation and performance review.
