16 Handles, one of the most iconic frozen yogurt and soft serve brands, is at Cobble Hill, Brooklyn and coming to Park Slope, Brooklyn!
At 16 Handles, our mission is to create moments of happiness by sharing the world’s best-tasting desserts, centered around quality, self-expression, and fun. Our menu features frozen yogurt, ice cream, vegan soft serve, over 50 toppings, specialty drinks, and more. With an exciting range of flavors and toppings, exceptional service, and inviting store design, we strive to exceed expectations at every turn.
We are currently looking for additional Team Members for both locations. Our ideal candidate will be excited to work in a frozen yogurt store on a variety of different things!

Pay:
- $17.00 / hour tips
Qualifications:
- Prior guest service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Keeping the store tidy, cleaning machines, refilling product & toppings, moving inventory, ringing customers up, etc.
- Opening and closing duties as assigned
- Follows operational procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of 16 Handles
- Delivers legendary guest service to all guests by acting with a “guest comes first” attitude and by connecting with the guest
- Provides quality products consistently for all guests by adhering to all standards.
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
