Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping dishes, kitchen equipment, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and ready for the team. This position is essential to maintaining food safety standards and keeping the restaurant running efficiently during busy shifts.

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep clean dishes organized and returned to their proper locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Follow proper sanitation, chemical, and food safety procedures.
• Empty trash, break down cardboard, and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep and mop floors and clean assigned back-of-house areas.
• Assist with closing cleaning duties.
• Keep up with dishes during high-volume periods to prevent backups.
• Communicate with managers when supplies, chemicals, or equipment need attention.
• Help with cleaning, stocking, prep, or other tasks when needed.

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.

• Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds when needed.
• Comfortable working around hot equipment, water, steam, cleaning chemicals, and wet surfaces.
