Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert remodeling, renovation, and restoration work. Your role will help clients achieve their vision by delivering high-quality craftsmanship on a variety of projects for residential spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your diverse skill set in construction, carpentry, and restoration while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling projects.
• Perform trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, fixture installation, and other finish carpentry tasks with precision.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete framing, drywall installation, flooring, etc.
• Assist with demolition and removal of existing structures or materials as needed for renovation projects.
• Fabricate custom components and perform woodworking tasks.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols such as power tool safety procedures and heavy lifting guidelines on construction sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications: Would like but hard workers willing to learn acceptable

• Professional look: cleaned up, no face tattoos or piercings
• Has attention to detail
• Experience with operating hand tools and power tools safely
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Understanding of technical plans for accurate project execution.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret instructions clearly on-site.
