Under the direction of the Director of Special Education and Preschool Director, the Campus Director develops, coordinates, and oversees the implementation of programs for students on the autism spectrum, grounded in evidence-based practices, including principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The Campus Director provides leadership in designing structured learning environments, supporting individualized programming, and ensuring the consistent implementation of behavior supports, skill acquisition plans, and data-driven decision making. This role ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations while maintaining fidelity of autism-specific instructional and behavioral frameworks. The Campus Director is responsible for the effective implementation of special education services at assigned campuses, collaborates with other directors and multidisciplinary teams, and oversees campus-level operations and academic programming to support communication, social, behavioral, and functional skill development for student success.
