Description:The OpportunityThe Human Resources Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. We provide physicians in the worker's compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury markets with a more effective drug-free alternative; which helps their patients live a better life and improves the efficiency and success of physician offices with more satisfied patients.When you join H-Wave, you become part of a tight-knit team dedicated to helping people live better lives while also supporting physicians in delivering top-tier care.The JobPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including: compensation, benefits, and leave (LOA, ADA, etc); disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety (OSHA and Work Comp); and training and development.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.Evaluates employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly; using pay bands and historical research.Takes appropriate disciplinary action for employees who violate rules and regulations, addressing employee grievances.Assists in Payroll and Benefits Administration.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelors Degree in HR, business or another related field1-3 years HR experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced computer skills including data entry, data processing, communication tools an payroll and HRISProblem solving and resourceful thinking skillsLeadership and coaching skillsStrong empathy and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and analytically drivenPhysical RequirementsThis is a position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. Salary : $70,000 - $73,000
