Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position: Senior Consultant | Strategy Location: Hybrid. Must be within a reasonable commute to La Crosse, WI for periodic on-site needs. Employment Type: Full-Time. This role requires a dynamic, personable professional with excellent facilitation skills, the ability to connect with diverse personalities, and a high-energy approach to driving organizational success. About the Role: As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, you will play a critical role in managing and facilitating the strategic planning process across regional, enterprise, and service line levels. You will serve as the administrative lead for the governance team, ensuring thorough preparation, clear communication, and effective execution of governance activities. Your expertise in strategic planning and innovation will empower you to educate others on key processes such as the Performance and Process Summit (PPS) and to deliver impactful presentations to leaders and service lines throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and facilitate function-level strategic planning, prioritizing stakeholders and aligning plans with enterprise goals. Manage extensive prep work for governance team meetings, including agenda setting and participant readiness. Analyze internal and external data, including benchmarking and healthcare trends, to inform strategic decisions. Lead strategic planning sessions with service line VPs and operational leaders, guiding them through SWOT analyses, gap assessments, and success measurement frameworks. Act as a subject matter expert in Emplify Health’s strategic planning framework and innovation initiatives, teaching and spreading these concepts organization-wide. Provide actionable recommendations to the Director of Strategy to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiencies. Identify new opportunities and recommend innovative strategies to support growth and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field required; MBA or related Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of business experience, including 3-4 years in high-level strategic roles. Proven experience with benchmarking and utilizing external data to guide decision-making. Strong facilitation, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and maintain positive energy. Valid Driver’s License required.
