Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Clinical Manager (RN) – Neuroscience Unit Location: Legacy Building, 4th Floor | La Crosse, WI FTE: 1.0 | Full-time, salaried position 🧠 About the Role Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as a RN, Clinical Manager and lead our 24-bed Neuroscience Unit, an intermediate care unit caring for patients with complex neurological needs. This is a unique opportunity to drive change, foster team engagement, and elevate patient care in a Joint Commission Stroke Certified Center. 💼 What You’ll Do Provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-acuity medical/surgical unit. Lead and support a team of 80 RNs and CNAs (transitioning to a supervisor model in 2026). Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director, Medical Director, and Med/Surg manager team to align goals and implement best practices. Partner with unit-based leaders (Clinical Nurse Leader, Professional Development Nurse, Stroke Coordinators) to ensure excellence in care delivery. Current RN license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain). BLS certification (Infant–Adult) for Healthcare Providers. 🌟Ideal Candidate Profile: Skilled at building relationships and fostering accountability with empathy.
