Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Clinical Manager (RN) – Neuroscience Unit Location: Legacy Building, 4th Floor | La Crosse, WI FTE: 1.0 | Full-time, salaried position 🧠 About the Role Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as a RN, Clinical Manager and lead our 24-bed Neuroscience Unit, an intermediate care unit caring for patients with complex neurological needs. This is a unique opportunity to drive change, foster team engagement, and elevate patient care in a Joint Commission Stroke Certified Center. 💼 What You’ll Do Provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-acuity medical/surgical unit. Lead and support a team of 80 RNs and CNAs (transitioning to a supervisor model in 2026). Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director, Medical Director, and Med/Surg manager team to align goals and implement best practices. Partner with unit-based leaders (Clinical Nurse Leader, Professional Development Nurse, Stroke Coordinators) to ensure excellence in care delivery. Current RN license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain).
