14Peaks Capital Advisors LLC – Operations Assistant (Investment Team)
14Peaks Capital Advisors LLC is a 100% owned subsidiary of its Swiss parent 14Peaks Capital AG. 14Peaks Capital AG is the investment advisor of a Luxembourg based fund which invests in early-stage Fintech startups, from pre-seed to series A across Europe and the United States.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Administration Assistant based in the United States to support the Operations Manager across a fast-growing venture capital platform.
This role sits at the intersection of fund operations, corporate administration, with a particular focus on the US entity structure (LLCs), while also assisting across other related entities.
Responsibilities
US Entity Management
- Support the administration of US-based LLCs (formation, maintenance, and compliance)
- Assist with coordination with various service providers
- Manage state filings, annual reports, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain corporate records and ensure documentation is up to date
Fund Operations Support
- Assist with fund administration processes across entities
- Support investor file management
- Support operations team on administrative processes related to investments
General Operations & Administrative Support
- Support maintenance of internal ERPs and document repository
- Support ad hoc operational projects and process improvements
- Help manage events, travel, and calendar workflows for investment team
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in operations, company administration, legal ops, or similar
- Familiarity with US LLC structures and basic corporate compliance requirements
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools)
- Curious about fintech and AI, with an interest in applying new tools to operations
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to automate and improve processes
- Experience in VC, PE, fund administration, or financial services is a strong plus
- Experience working with international teams is a plus

Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Part-time (50%)
- Work Hours: Flexible with 2.5 days per week or 50% all days of the week
- Location: US-based, with a preference for candidates based in New York or Miami.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must be United States citizens
- PTO: 10 days annually
- Compensation: $55k – $70k (full-time equivalent, pro-rated for a part-time schedule) healthcare benefits
