Job Summary: Popeyes Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining smooth operations within the food court. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

-Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
-Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations.
-Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
-Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Food Preparation and Service:

-Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
-Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards.
-Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
-Serve food to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
-Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and dining areas.
-Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, and workstations regularly.
-Restock food items, condiments, and supplies as needed.
-Monitor and maintain proper temperature and freshness of food items.

Team Collaboration:

-Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
-Assist colleagues during peak periods or when additional support is required.
-Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment.

Safety and Compliance:

-Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
-Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
-Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols.
-Report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
