About the Position:
The Redwood Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and other areas according to standards
- Stocking all areas and ensuring they are organized and tidy according to standards
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of back-of-house supply rooms and closets according to standards
- Delivering cleanliness levels to a minimum specified inspection score
You Will Be Required to:
- Have excellent customer service skills with a friendly, warm demeanor
- Be able to communicate effectively with your team and guests
- Be physically active throughout most of your shift and able to perform the physical duties of the position
