We're looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who is ready to step into a Regional Manager role and grow with us.
We are currently a one-location private practice with plans for expansion. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to help build the systems, culture, and stellar team from the ground up and eventually oversee multiple locations.
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Dental Office Manager
- Strong in treatment planning and case presentation
- Confident presenting and closing larger cases
- A strong team leader who believes in accountability
- Experienced with hiring, training, and developing teams
- Comfortable running weekly team meetings
- Organized and systems-driven
- Knowledgeable in dental insurance and PPO plans
- Comfortable tracking production, collections, case acceptance, scheduling, and KPIs
- Excited about helping a private dental practice grow and expand
Schedule: 5 day workweek
Starting Salary: $75,000
