Responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating the mortgage process by providing expert guidance on loan options and terms.
• Process loan applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with TILA regulations.
• Utilize financial software to analyze client financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline loan origination and enhance customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best advice.

License Requirement:

• Florida MLO license

THIS IS A PHONE INTENSIVE PERFORMANCE-BASED SALES POSITION WITH THE MAJORITY OF COMPENSATION COMING FROM PRODUCTION. You can't coast and collect a paycheck in this role.
