What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Closing Manager position at 14 Carrot Whole Foods?
14 Carrot Whole Foods is looking for a Customer Service Closing Manager to work 4 or 5 days per week (approximately 32-40 hours.)
Requirements:
- Candidates for this position must be reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable in a management role, including the ability to delegate responsibilities and a willingness to step in to help in a variety of roles when necessary
- Candidates must have a basic understanding of the health food industry (including supplements) and be or become familiar with the product inventory from all departments of 14 Carrot. Customer service managers will be expected to be able to make safe and educated product recommendations for our customers.
- Candidates must be or become knowledgeable of all of 14 Carrot's policies and procedures
- Candidates must possess strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to stay calm and respectful in high-stress situations.
- Candidates will also be cross trained on maintaining and ordering bulk herbs for the Supplement Department.
Schedule:
- Candidates must be able to work closing shifts on the following days: Mondays, Tuesday, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (Saturday and Sunday a must)
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday shifts typically end around 7:15 pm and Sunday shifts typically end around 6:15 pm.
Compensation:
- Pay for this position starts at $13.00 - $15.00 per hour.
