Job Description: The Lien Resolution Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient lien resolution services. This position is responsible for analyzing complex data, managing workflows, and driving process improvements to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret data related to lien resolution to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Manage and optimize processes within the lien resolution team to ensure timely and accurate outcomes. Maintain a high level of accuracy in data processing, documentation, and service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency. Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes. Provide analytical and operational support to enhance lien resolution strategies and performance. Qualifications Experience: Basic SQL proficiency: Ability to write simple queries for data extraction and reporting to support lien resolution processes. Microsoft Excel skills: Proficient in using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools to analyze and present complex data accurately. Prior experience in lien resolution, claims management, or data analysis strongly preferred. Familiarity with healthcare transactions, legal documentation, and contractual obligations is a plus. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance Ability to manage conflict and resolve disputes effectively Proficiency in reviewing legal documents and understanding liens Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams Certifications: None required Preferred: Certified Lien Resolution Specialist (CLRS) #LI-KS1 #LI-Remote The Compensation range for this role is 23.00 to 26.00 USD hourly and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
