Position Status: Full Time Shift: 12:00 am - 8:00 am, Sunday - Thursday Position Location: Sentara Hospice Services - Harrisonburg, VA Pay Range: $22.39 - $37.32 / hour This is a salaried position. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a home health care setting is responsible for providing direct, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, managing medications, and offering essential support to patients with various medical needs. Collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians, is required to deliver high-quality, compassionate care that improves patient well-being.
