Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resident Services Coordinator to support Building Managers in the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between residents and management, maintaining operational coverage, and supporting administrative and maintenance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Building Managers in addressing and resolving resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate staffing coverage for all positions and shifts, including scheduling fill-ins as needed.
- Receive maintenance requests, create work tickets, and schedule service appointments.
- Conduct follow-up inspections when necessary to ensure work completion and quality.
- Prepare damage reports in the absence of Building Managers.
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping for building staff.
- Compile and submit Weekly Activity Reports, ensuring staff productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, facilities coordination, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
