City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: SMG Cardiology Specialty Kempsville in Norfolk, VA is looking to hire a Cardiac Device Technician. This is a Remote position however candidates must reside in Virginia or Northeast North Carolina. The Cardiac Device Technician monitors and record transmission results from trans telephonic, cardio voice and rhythm strips for cardiac device patients. Conducts pacemaker education to broad based population. Troubleshoots abnormal test results and elevates to appropriate provider/physician. Education: High School Diploma Certification: BLS Experience: 3 years of non-invasive Cardiology required. 2 years of pacemaker management preferred.
