Job Description: As an HVAC Installer/Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the mission critical HVAC components that serve our Facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our equipment operates within the required temperature and humidity ranges to maintain optimal performance and prevent downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Monitor and adjust temperature and humidity levels to ensure optimal conditions.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Respond to emergency HVAC situations promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer/Technician, preferably in a data center or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
