Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Branch Manager to oversee our operations and scheduling at our Okatie location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and organizational skills. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with regulations, creating and maintaining student files and scheduling instructors/vehicles with students. Opportunity for higher earnings if you want to get certified as a Licensed Instructor and/or a 3rd Party Tester.
Duties
- Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and manage student files to ensure they are properly documented.
- Oversee a team of Driving Instructors and work with them to match their availability with that of students.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Carry a company phone for emergencies and after hours schedule changes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work at least 2 Saturdays a month to assist with classroom days and schedule students in the class.
- Coordinate and respond to schedule changes for students and instructors.
- Assist students on class days in taking the written permit test.
- Relieve instructors at the DMV when necessary.
- Pick up supplies and snack for class days at the Okatie location using company credit card.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
