The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial services experience, tech-savvy problem solving, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role partners closely with the COO of the Business Strategy & Development team (BSD) to improve processes, create efficiencies, influence long-term team goals and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities and duties are focused on project execution, strategy business analysis, operational efficiency and team advocacy. Responsibilities of the Role: Enhance and manage BSD dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to track pipeline, activity, and productivity Analyze dashboard outputs and synthesize insights to support leadership decisions Support execution and collaboration on BSD strategic initiatives, projects, and tactical activities Drive adoption and training of AI tools and other technologies across the team Utilize AI tools to enhance team productivity and educate team on these tools Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity Streamline operational processes to enable focus on growth and revenue-driving activities Manage and track team technology and data services budget for optimal use Build strong relationships across all levels and partner with stakeholders to align processes and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience Requirements of the role: Undergraduate degree required (Business or related discipline preferred); MBA/CFA a plus 2–7 years of experience in financial services or a related field Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to colleagues across the organization Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills with attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a continuous desire for personal and professional growth Full Time / Part Time Full time Worker Type Employee Job Exempt (Yes / No) Yes Workplace Model Pursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
