Production Maintenance Technician

Clean Tech is looking for experienced Production Maintenance Technicians at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers opportunities for advancement. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work safely in a team oriented environment. All Sundays are Double Time What you’ll be doing: Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience.
