About the Role:
120 Outdoor Management LLC is looking for dependable individuals who can work hard, show up consistently, and be part of a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Plant trees and shrubs
- Install sod and prepare soil
- Spread mulch and perform general landscaping tasks
- Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Landscape or construction experience preferred but not required
