About the Opportunity
Are you an ambitious hospitality professional ready to fast-track your leadership career? We are seeking an energetic, customer-centric Assistant Manager to help lead operations at our vibrant, 4-restaurant food hall.

- Drive the Guest Experience: Maintain a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere. Resolve guest issues with grace and ensure the shared seating area is pristine and inviting.
- Support Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures, daily cash handling, and front-of-house staffing levels.
- Vendor & Team Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for our 4 distinct restaurant concepts, ensuring shared food hall standards (health, safety, and presentation) are upheld.
- Learn & Grow: Actively participate in weekly mentorship and training sessions with the General Manager covering inventory strategy, P&L management, labor optimization, and high-volume operations.
- Team Leadership: Assist in hiring, scheduling, and coaching front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional service.
Preferred Skills
- Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast and Square; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Proven supervisory experience with team management, training & development, and leadership capabilities
- Deep understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards
