We are seeking a customer service focused key clerk at Harrah's Cherokee Valley River CasinoResort in Murphy, NC. We provide first-class parking services and seek friendly, outgoing individuals with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations. We provide valet parking services seven days a week.
Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What your work will consist of:
- Interacting with guests and providing the hospitality and service required by the hotel.
- Multi-task and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain proper records of valet transactions.
- Accurately take payment for any services.
- Work collaboratively with the valet team and supervisors to ensure prompt service for the guests.
- Maintaining an immaculately clean valet room for appearance and safety.
- Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and employees.
- Perform ancillary duties as directed.
- Maintain professional appearance of yourself, your uniform and work area while on duty
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Six months money handling and electronic cash register experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be organized and able to handle multiple priorities at once
