We are seeking a customer service focused valet supervisor at the InterContinental Hotel in Miami, FL. We provide first-class parking services and seek friendly, outgoing individuals with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations. We provide valet parking services seven days a week.
OVERNIGHT POSITION
Must have full availability during hours of operation (11:00PM - 7:00AM)
$18/hour plus tips
Job Duties:
- Guide the team's interactions with guests and fellow employees by being a positive role model.
- Provide oversight to operation through demonstrated competence in guest services, parking strategy and proper reporting.
- Ensure team has tools needed to perform respective duties, share communications through pass along logs, etc.
- Work collaboratively with the valet team ensure prompt service for every guest.
- Train and develop staff as needed to ensure top-level service and hospitality.
- Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and associates.
- Perform ancillary duties as directed.
- Maintain professional appearance of yourself, your team and work area while on duty.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be friendly with guests and other employees
- Candidate must be able to drive a stick shift vehicle
