What You’ll Do
• Champion a philosophy that honors each resident’s dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality.

• Guide families through a smooth and supportive move‑in experience.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with professionals and community partners.
• Develop and manage strategic leasing campaigns that drive occupancy.
• Craft thoughtful follow‑up communications that support prospects through their decision‑making process.
• Manage marketing materials and inventory while staying aligned with budget expectations.
• Leverage CRM data to track performance and make informed decisions.
• Set departmental goals and lead the team in achieving them.
• Host engaging tours, luncheons, and on‑site events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support occupancy and community engagement.
• Conduct outreach to physicians, hospitals, social workers, faith communities, and other key referral sources.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of the community.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a sales‑driven environment (senior living experience preferred).
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience, when applicable.
