12 Guage Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager on site in Madison, WI. The Construction Project Manager role is critical in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management and Project Management
- Skills in Project Coordination and Construction Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is desired
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are beneficial
