dedicated overnight runs out of the Hagerstown, MD terminal (an easy, traffic-free 25-
minute commute up I-70 from Frederick).

WHAT WE OFFER (THE PAY & PERKS):
● Target Weekly Gross: $1,500 – $1,750 (Paid weekly)
● High Mileage Rate: $0.75 per mile stop/hook pay
● Shift Income Protection: $250 – $350 daily guarantee for every scheduled shift
worked! If the terminal delays your dispatch or cancels a run on your night, you
still get paid.

YOUR NIGHTLY ROUTINE:
● Commute against traffic to the Hagerstown FedEx Ground Hub.
● Hook your solo set of doubles (we will train you if you’re new to pups!).
● Run clean terminal-to-terminal highway loops, drop your trailers, hook your return
set, and roll back.
● Maintain clean electronic logs (ELD) and communicate smoothly with dispatch.
WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY:
● License: Valid Class A CDL.
● Endorsement: Doubles/Triples endorsement (Or the willingness to get it—we will
train you!).
● Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within
the past 3 years.
● Safety First: Clean MVR (driving record) and active registration with the FMCSA
Clearinghouse.
● Language: Must be able to read, write, and communicate cleanly in English with
terminal dispatch.
