Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately disassemble and reassemble complex machinery and equipment, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and blueprints to guide the assembly and disassembly processes.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to perform production tasks, ensuring all tools are used safely and effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during the production process, making necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Multiple years of hands-on experience in production and assembly, with a proven track record of working with precise machinery.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Strong commitment to quality work and a dependable work ethic.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to work in various environments, including potentially noisy or hazardous conditions, while adhering to safety standards.
Pay: $18/hr
